| -----QSL cards have been used by Citizen Band(CB)radio Folks for many years
to indicate that they have talked together on a certain radio frequency,
date and time. There is a distinction between CB Radio QSL cards and Ham
Radio QSL Cards! Long distance communication by Ham Radio is legal activity, while
such activity by CB Radio is actually in violation of FCC rules. Ham Radio QSL's
go back to the turn of the century! ----Many CB Amateur operators therefore have their own postcards made,many even make their own hand made ones. The below list is a good example of them and are for sale. Each one is graphically displayed for your enjoyment and decision to select. This group was issued and some were mailed in the middle 1960's and earlier. Many did not have a stamp box on the back and were usually mailed in an envelope so as to protect the card. You will notice that many of the cards showed what our society was doing in the 60's. Comical cards were used to a great extent. -------------------All are in VERY NICE condition------------------- |
